Who is CMTS ?
The Mines Rescue Service is now known as Mines Rescue Pty Limited and is a subsidiary of Coal Services which commenced operations in January 2002. Coal Services also incorporates Coal Mines Insurance and Coal Services Health.
The laboratory was also registered as an approved Class 'B' workshop for intrinsic safety with the NSW Department of Primary Industries. A number of Coal Mines Technical Services Staff are accredited by the department as competent persons for the repair of explosion protected electrical apparatus, intrinsic safety. |
