In addition to sales, Coal Mines Technical Services also provides an option of hiring gas detection equipment which can be invaluable in times of emergency or breakdown of normal equipment.

Multigas monitors supplied for hire include a combination of %LEL, oxygen deficiency, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulphide sensors.

Each gas monitor has a current NATA calibration certification and is also checked prior to release.

The following portable gas monitors are currently available for hire;

Prior to goods being released for hire, customers are required to complete a formal Hire Agreement Form.
